• At USA Dance monthly dances you don't hear just one or two kinds of music. You get variety:
  • Cha-Cha
  • Foxtrot
  • Rumba
  • Tango
  • Swing
  • Waltz
  • Salsa
  • West Coast Swing
  • Merengue
  • Quickstep
  • Samba
  • and others
  Exercise all those muscle groups. Our dances also include dance lessons and exhibitions.
   
• Several Memphis-area studios put on dances. Check with them for details.
   
• The Al Chymia Shrine Temple has monthly tea dances.
   
• The perfect warmup for the weekend: If you have Friday afternoon available, check out the dance at the Gaisman Community Center. Each Friday, from 1:30 to 3:30, you can dance on a large wood floor to live music for $4 a person. Other Memphis Community Centers and Senior Centers also offer dances.
